Zillow connected us with him for our first property showing back in April 2023 and we couldn't have found a better agent. Todd has a guy for any work you need done on the property and has so much knowledge on the WNC area. He traversed many properties with us until we found our dream property. The property we purchased had no infrastructure in place and we had no idea where to begin. Todd helped us with getting the right people on the property and giving us next steps to getting it all set up for building our dream home. There aren t enough positive adjectives for him. We went through some of the most stressful times and he never lost the drive to find me my home - by the end of it, I had the privilege to work with not just him but his wife Ayca as well, who is herself an amazing realtor with an enormous heart. Over two years we considered 80 or so properties. we visited about 40 and he never complained and was always available when I needed him. He consistently advised me of issues of concern to protect me from future pitfalls. He got to know me in a way to be able to anticipate what would appeal to me and what wouldnt. ZillowVERIFIEDTodd is an amazing real estate agent that went WAY above and beyond what we expected. We decided to move to North Carolina from Wisconsin, and after months of checking out homes online we travelled down to North Carolina for a week to start looking at houses. We didn t know any real estate agents in the area, so we contacted Todd on Zillow because he was on one of the houses we liked. As soon as we called Todd he started helping us come up with other houses and recommendations. The day after we got to North Carolina, Todd met us and started driving us around to the houses we had selected online as well as others that he came up with that met our criteria. We spent a lot of time driving all over looking at houses, and Todd s personality, sense of humor, and similar interests to ours made it a lot of fun. He taught us a lot about the local area, and after an intense week of looking at probably more than 20 houses we didn t find a house that fit all our needs, but we were able to narrow down where we wanted to live. We headed back north to Wisconsin and stayed in contact with Todd who continued to share new listings with us, and he would even drive by some of them to give us first hand information on them. A few weeks after we got back, a listing came up on Zillow that met all our needs. Todd was at the property the next day for us, taking videos and photos to give us a personal tour of the property. We made an offer on the home and drove down to see the home in person as soon as we could. Todd arranged for the inspector to be there the weekend we came down, so we were able to walk through with the inspector and he also arranged for a barn expert to be there to let us know if the barn on the property was suitable and safe for what we wanted to do. We had to head back up to Wisconsin, and Todd continued to go to great measures to help us out. The inspection showed that the roof needed to be replaced, so Todd went out of his way to be at the house when roofers came for the estimates. He also was there when the inspectors came to check the septic, and when major issues were discovered with the septic, Todd got things lined up with plumbers and electricians to get all that fixed. He helped us line up the lawyer for the closing, as well as recommended a mortgage company to work with. Purchasing this from out of state like we did, I don t know how we would have done it without Todd s help. We are so grateful for his assistance and felt that he was so dedicated to helping us get everything settled just right. It was a great experience working with Todd, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

We were coming from Florida so had small windows to work in. Todd was not just flexible, but he went out of his way to make time for us and get things done we couldnt get to being states away.We had an issue with one of the properties we wanted. Todd found that the property lacked a good easement. And with his help we spoke to neighbors and found no way around no access. He saved our butts big time. With his knowledge and determination we got our deposit back and missed years of hassles.He then went on to find us the home we really needed and wanted. He just helped us every step of the process and with a smile. We were not the easiest of clients but he always has a smile. If you want a realtor that is helpful and cares, then Todd is it. Hands down. He put our realtor in Florida to shame. Was no comparison. He goes above and beyond what has to be done to make sure you get the home or property you will love. Boy did we happen upon a gold mine. Firstly we originally had 5 realtors because unfortunately none of them would be able to take us to all the homes we were looking at. Todd was able to do this for us which really took a lot of stress off of trying to juggle all the information and who was taking us to what. Todd was really accommodating. When we got down to NC he picked us up at our hotel and drove us around to each home as well as to some homes that weret on our list because we happened to see. The first day we drove over 400 miles! If he didnt know an area to well he would do the research to give us to low down on the area. Not only did we look at houses, Todd took us to the local towns and took extra detours so we could really get a feel for the areas and the landscape of where we were looking.When we looked at homes he gave us time and space but was open and honest about concerns he had and answered any questions or concerns we had.Throughout the whole process Todd was in constant contact with us in regards to appointments for houses as well as when we were going through the process of purchasing the house.
