Keller Williams

First time homebuyer here ! I was looking for a home for my family of 3 on a budget of less than $200k. I had the BEST realtor in my corner, Emily Santina! She held our hands through the stressful bits of buying a home, cheered us on, negotiated well, & celebrated with us when we found Our Dream House. She was the answer to our prayers (and our many, many questions about house buying)! I trusted her completely & never once felt anything but secure in that trust. She does what she says she will, offers total transparency throughout the process, & was a delight to work with. I cannot recommend Emily enough!

Emily is great! Wonderful communication and responsive. Knowledgeable all over East Texas. She was my agent for both selling and buying. Wonderful transactions and she answered all questions I had no matter small they seemed. She helped explain things that stress a lot of people out. I recommend her 100%.

Emily Santina is kind, professional, ethical, hard-working, accessible, and a wonderful communicator. Working with Emily for just a few weeks (during the sale of our home), we were so comfortable with her, it felt like we had been friends for ever. Without hesitation, we would recommend Emily to anyone needing a Realtor; and we plan to use her if we buy or sell in the future. She's the BEST of the best!

Jenna was very helpful in every step of buying my home. She stayed on top of lenders and kept me up to date on changes as they were happening. She always got back to me in a timely manner with a answer to any question I had. She will be an asset to your home-buying process.

Emily Santina went over and above the normal duties as a real estate agent! I live in Michigan and the house that I had listed with Emily belonged to my mother in TX. Emily was always willing to help me no matter what I asked of her such as opening the house up since it was vacant for service and repair personnel. Emily is very knowledgable with the real estate market around Tyler TX which made the sale of the house and the closing very easy! I highly recommend Emily for any real estate sale!
