I called Morgan with the ask to help me find, evaluate, negotiate and close the purchase of a Tuscaloosa house within the extremely tight completion time frame of 21 days. From first contact to closing 16 days later, Morgan met every requirement. She quickly developed and arranged walk-throughs of a short list of candidate properties, clearing her schedule to see them over two days. For each property we arrived equipped with relevant information on the house, recent comps and other information. Once I settled on the target home, Morgan helped me assess the bigger risks to ensure my tight timeline did not result in a purchase with large, unexpected downstream repair costs. Our collaboration on negotiation strategy was very natural. She made well-informed suggestions and displayed solid intuition, but readily embraced and advocated my decisions with the seller. The result was a contract price that was almost 20% below asking price. Closing of this cash-purchase transaction was quickly scheduled and completed without a hitch. On top of that Morgan is very personable and it was easy to develop a good working buyer-realtor relationship. She even helped me jump-start my truck at one of the houses. Over my 67 years, I've purchased/sold 9 homes. I've not had a better realtor experience than this. If I ever purchase or sell another home in the Tuscaloosa area, I'll call Morgan.
