Working with Alice Picchi and Arielle Arnold, Brokers was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Selling and buying a home at the same time can feel overwhelming, but they guided me through every step with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. What stood out most was the personalized attention and support we received throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer questions, explain details, and make sure I felt confident in every decision. I never felt like ?just another client? ? they truly cared about helping me achieve the best outcome. Their knowledge, communication, and dedication made a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I am incredibly grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to our family, friends, and anyone looking for a realtor they can fully trust. Thank you again for going above and beyond for me!

I am not sure I have adequate words to describe the incredible experience I had with this team. Alice, Arielle and the entire team that they work with deliver service well above what anyone could ever ask for! When I began the process of selling and buying earlier in 2026 I met with Alice and she took time to walk through my home and talk with me about next steps and the appropriate timeline. When the time was right she introduced me to Arielle to start the search for my new home! Both made themselves consistently available and provided not only their expertise but an incredible amount of emotional support. Their knowledge of the market and how to make decisions through the offer process both on my purchase and sale was amazing. Additionally, everyone they work with from mortgage brokers to the attorney the recommended was a class act. All of them working outside of normal business hours to make sure the T?s were crossed and the I?s dotted. I cannot recommend Alice, Arielle and the rest of their team enough.

5 Stars ? A Truly Exceptional Experience with Alice! I cant recommend Alice enough! From the moment we started working together, she was incredibly helpful and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond in preparing and staging my condo?her attention to detail was outstanding, and the space looked absolutely stunning. The staging really showcased the property?s best features and made it stand out on the market. What I really appreciated about Alice was her deep knowledge of the market and the real estate process. She took the time to explain everything, making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. She was also super approachable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel so much more personal. I felt like I had a true partner throughout the process. Thanks to Alices expertise and friendly approach, the condo sold quickly and seamlessly. If youre looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly realtor who will make the process as easy as possible, look no further than Alice!

We used Alice as a realtor to sell as well as purchase our recent home. She provided us with exceptional service both times. She is an extremely hard working agent and was available throughout the entire process. She even entertained our 3 yo at closing. lol Thank you again!
