Keller Williams Suburban Realty

As first-time homeowners, we could not have asked for a better experience than working with Robert and Catherine. From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly educate and prepare us for the entire house-hunting process. While we worked primarily with Catherine, the entire team dynamic was fantastic. Catherine was very prompt, excellent with communication, and always on top of following up with us. Thanks to her efficiency and guidance, we found our perfect home within just 3 weeks of starting our search! The closing process was just as seamlessaEUR"we closed less than 30 days after putting in our offer. Best of all, we got a very good deal for a house in our absolute dream area. If you are looking for real estate agents who are professional, fast, and truly look out for your best interests, look no further than Robert and Catherine!

I can't say enough great things about working with Robert Zebaida. From beginning to end, he was professional, empathetic, respectful, and reliable. He put forth his best efforts to market and help us choose the right buyers for our home. He walked us through every step of the process, answered all our questions, helped us navigate the sale process and ultimately close on time. Robert's knowledge of the market is top notch. He always provided his expertise, perspective and guidance which helped us to feel more comfortable about our decisions. We are appreciative of the work he did and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. He is a GEM!

I worked with Lucia when both buying and selling property and she is the absolute best! She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and always does what is in the best interest of her client. She is a very hard worker, gives excellent suggestions, and goes above and beyond. She will also answer any and all questions (no matter how small) which I truly appreciated. Also, she is just a wonderful and caring person with a great personality. I would give her 100 stars if possible - highly recommended!

Rob was easy to work with and with his expertise and knowledge of the neighborhood, was able to facilitate a sale very quickly. The process went smoothly.

This was our second time working with Robert in 3 years and we couldn't be happier! He has unique insights about market and understood our specific needs. He helped find the amazing house and negotiate a great deal for us. We highly recommend him to everyone searching for a home.
