Jennifer was very helpful in helping us with search criteria for our new home. Then, as we identified ones we liked, she was very responsive in getting us in to take a look. She kept herself engaged, but gave us space when we went on a house-hunting break. When we found our perfect property, this is when Jennifer really shined: we were in a very competitive situation, but she helped us craft an offer that ended up beating out another very competitive bid. Jen knows her stuff, but has a low-key way of dealing with clients and the stressful ups-and-downs that come with finding, evaluating, and pulling the trigger on your new home.

We loved working with Jennifer! She is very kind, listens well, and is very encouraging, which is needed in today's market. If she was unable to show us a house, she found a team member who could help us, so we were able to see houses on our time schedule. Not all realtors are willing to do this, and we are so very thankful she was. We will be working with her again in the future.

I have moved from OH to VA to PA to OH in the past 4 years. Jennifer was instrumental in both selling and buying my houses in OH. She was the best realtor that I worked with in all those moves. I appreciate her knowledge and responsiveness which made a huge difference in finding my new home.

Jennifer helped us with suggestions to stage the condo and scheduled an open house immediately after listing. The condo sold for asking price in 4 days. We were very happy with the outcome.

Jen did an outstanding job with the selling and closing of our home! Was with us every step of the way and answered our questions very thoroughly. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
