Keller Williams St Louis

We listed our house with Voyles Realty and were very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the entire process. Josh Voyles was very responsive and got everything moving quickly even though Christmas was approaching. Every staff member we had contact with could not have been more helpful. The photographer they sent out was amazing and Renee made a point to be there also to assist. Even with the holidays close, we had many showings, offers the first weekend and a contract the day after the open house. From when we contacted Josh Voyles to closing was less than a month. We would certainly recommend Voyles Realty. Josh and his staff made the entire process as easy as possible for us.

She handled the paperwork great- kudos to Michelle Krahling who did an excellent job of handling the numerous issues involved in the sale of our property, making the sale an easy process for us. Eldon & Linda Jones

The home selling experience with Amy Gray and the Kittner Group was pretty much flawless.

Great, very knowledgeable of market and what buyers are looking for. Josh has an excellent team that communicates throughout the entire process making sure there are no surprises.

Josh and his team provide excellent communication and response time. Although often real estate transactions involve waiting for all steps of the process, they provide regular updates to let you know what has been accomplished, where you are, what is next, and what details or information you need to provide. All the details are covered, allowing you to rest easy throughout a process as complex as buying or selling a home. Should any complication arise, Josh is ready with a suggestion or solution.
