Kim did an outstanding job! She was incredibly patient with us during such a big purchase and never made us feel rushed. Once we found our new home, she worked hard to secure the best deal possible. Very professional, yet still made the experience feel personal. Highly recommend!

Buying our first home felt overwhelming at first, but Kim made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. From day one, she took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, making sure we always understood what to expect. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, no matter how big or small. Kim was also flexible with scheduling, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire home-buying journey. She went above and beyond on closing day to make sure everything came together and that we were able to close on our first home without any issues. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and we highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Kim is phenomenal realtor! She was eager and enthusiastic from the minute we reached out to her. When we met her at the home, she had fully researched the newer community and the ins and outs of the home. She was prepared with all kinds of information that we had not considered and has so many connections which helped keep the process on track. She kept in contact with us the entire time and has continued to followed up after we moved to our new home! If you arent sure who to help you with your real estate needs, call Kim!
