Keller Williams Southern Tier and Finger Lakes

Amanda was a perfect agent. She showed us houses for a couple of months and was always quick to respond with times she could meet us at the properties. She was also very accommodating with our schedules even considering she often had to drive much further than we did. When it came to the homes she was quick to point out things to us that were either of great value or concerns to be aware of. Often she was pointing out issues with homes that we walked right past without noticing. At no point did it feel like she was trying to push us into a sale. When it came to buying our first home (which we just closed on) she was still very communicative. She recommended different inspectors and builders for repairs. She always gave us multiple recommendations. When it came to buying, she worked really hard for us. We had an issue with the roof that she pushed really hard to negotiate on and was able to get the seller to come down in price a bit. She also was very good about keeping us on task with each next step. Reminding us gently to sign this or look over that. In the end I cant imagine doing any of this without her. She is someone that I will happily recommend to any of my friends and family.

Amanda was amazing to work with! It mine and my husbands first time looking for houses and she made it very stress free from start to finish. We were out of state when looking and Amanda sent us great videos and kept in constant communication. She was a great resource when it came time to making a competitive offer and throughout the entire process. Shes very knowledgeable and proactive, would recommend to anyone!

Working with Amanda has been an incredibly positive experience, both professionally and personally. From the start, it was clear that shes genuinely committed to helping us find the right property, not just a transaction. Unlike some agents who bring a condescending attitude to the table, Amanda approaches every interaction with respect and a down-to-earth demeanor; service with a smile. Her dedication to her clients is exceptionalaEUR"she goes above and beyond in ways I never expected. She handles every detail, question, and challenge with care and determination, bringing warmth and empathy that make the process not only smooth but also enjoyable. For anyone considering working with Amanda, I couldnt recommend her more highly. With Amanda, youll have a skilled, trustworthy and approachable real estate agent by your side.

I'm so grateful that Amanda came into our lives. We first met her when we rented out one of the properties that she manages. She was always there for us and a phone call away. She responded quickly and always helped us out. I'm so happy that we got her as our realtor. Her and Movement made this process as easy as possible. She made sure we were comfortable on every step of the way. Thank you so much!!

Amanda was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us with our home buying process! We are forever thankful for her and all her help! She even helped us with physical labor that needed to be done in the basement before we could close. She was available whenever I had any questions!
