Brandon Ingram is our agent, and I am so thankful that he is. My wife and I are pretty hands-on with our own house shopping, and our biggest priority was getting a house that is not in an HOA (which is hard). Brandon has been very responsive and fast and knowledgeable to help us be aggressive in this cut-throat market. He also quickly earned our trust. We are now very happy in our new home. Brandon even offered up various contractors that he trusts to do work on the house, so we know going forward that we have someone we can go to if we need a roof guy or a plumbing guy. Even if things had not gone our way, Brandon did everything in his power for us and we are unspeakably grateful.
