Mike is the best in town. He knows the area very well and can take you to neighborhoods that fit what you are looking for perfectly. Great advice and resources to get you settled in quick. Thanks Mendoza Team!!

Mike and Josh are truly the best in the business! We were selling our AZ home in the Awahtukee area while at the same time moving out of State. Not stressful at all :) We needed some unforeseen repairs completed and through their connection with the community, they were able to alleviate the stress of moving and helped us navigate selling our home. They went above and beyond what a typical realtor would do. Always professional, punctual, reachable, and their document control process was easy to navigate. Thank you, Mike and Josh! Best, C+K, Loona and Booberry.

Josh Mendoza is an outstanding realtor. In every facet of the selling process he excelled. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market, always responsive and easy to reach, truly had my best interests at heart, trustworthy, patient, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone buying or selling a home.

We have known Josh for years. We asked him to be our agent to sell our Phoenix/Ahwatukee home. He sold it in a matter of days for more than the asking price- what more could you ask? Thanks to Josh for the assistance with minor touch-ups, suggestions, pre-sale preparations, and a quick sale!

Josh and his team were absolutely amazing in helping us through the process of purchasing a new family home. He was responsive, knowledgeable and extremely kind from start to finish. Any additional contacts or assistance that we needed, Josh was quick to help with and his network of support was truly awe inspiring. I could not recommend Josh enough! He is the only realtor we will use moving forward!
