Yvonne helped us not only sell our condo but find our perfect house. We were looking for something quite special and this process took a lot of patience. In a market where houses were gone the day they were listed, we had some disappointments, but in the end, we know the house we bought was absolutely perfect for us. She built a great relationship with the sellers and that helped everything go smoothly.Not only did Yvonne get us what we ultimately wanted, but the time finding it was so fun. I miss looking at houses with her. What other realtor will walk around knee high weeds to see the full property, climb up in attics or down in basements( in heels!!!)? Yvonne!
