I'm not even sure where to start with how horrible of an experience I had with this Real Estate Company. They contacted me and wanted to list my home as I was trying to sell it myself. I never even met Justin and he never even saw my house. The house sold in two days with no help from him. He did not provide any insight to staging the home or tips for making it sell fast. As soon as I agreed to list the home, he passed me off to someone else. I never knew who to contact or who to ask questions. It was never disclosed the sale would be a "team" effort and I would be passed off. I was never told anything or kept me in the loop. I had to continuously reach out to them for clarification on how the process was going to work. It was very clear they had zero compassion or interest in the client and were just in it for a quick buck. I highly recommend you do not work with this company and find anyone else in Wichita to work with.

I have worked with Justin to sell one of my homes and a couple of other real estate investment deals and I will say his work ethic, knowledge of the industry and communication is second to none. This industry has a wide range of expertise, knowledge and ability and most people don't understand how critical it is that you list your home with someone that understands how to get results! Justin and his team are a no brainer for me to work with time and time again because I know they WILL GET RESULTS! Thanks for being professional and reliable in an industry that struggles with both!!!

Justin and the Roy Group were AWESOME!! We were listed with Select Homes for 6 weeks and got only 6 showings, we switched to Justin, no change in price, and we had 8 showings and sold our home in under 2 weeks!! Don't know what the difference is, but it sure works :) Great experience all around, I can't recommend Justin enough! If you want it sold, list with him!

Listed with Justin and Roy Group several months ago. Justin provided comps prior to listing which were limited at best. "Professional " photos of my home were beautiful with the exception of the outdoor photos which were taken on a very overcast day with a threatening sky overhead. Never once did this listing agent consider or offer to re-photograph the exterior photo in order to demonstrate the curb appeal of the home. Over the five month contract (only one offered) I had to aggressively ask for open houses to be scheduled. Over six months only three open houses scheduled each after a price drop (the only solution offered by this realtor). One of the scheduled open houses was held on a stormy Wednesday night ! No one came... big surprise!!After months of frustration, I had to call the agency broker Josh Roy, who offered promises with very few suggestions. At this point in time, I decided to shop for another realtor. After two weeks with another realtor I now have a signed sales contract! My advice is don't buy into the promises offered here, as they are empty.
