Linda is wonderful to work with. We chose her for her experience and depth of knowledge and it definitely was worth it. She drove all over creation to look for a new house for us, and prepared 3 bids as well. The one that was accepted we had to bail on because the inspection report was a nightmare, but we are very glad she found quality inspectors for us. Buying that house would have been a disaster. She had good attention to detail when we were selling our house. The buyers pulled some tricks on us and she caught them and stood firm on what was agreed upon in the original contract. We are still working with her because we decided to go with new construction, and are waiting for the house to be finished. Her vast experience is very helpful with this process too. In all, obviously, we are very glad to have found her.

Linda was amazing! She was able to expertly guide me through the process of home buying. Mine was a backup contract and Linda was able to explain the process and what to expect. I have dealt with other real estate agents and all they wanted was for me to buy the first house I saw. Linda was exactly opposite. She wanted to make sure the house I am buying will fit my needs, and did not mind showing me as many houses as I needed to see before I made up my mind.
