Keller Williams Seven Hills

Chad was overall an amazing guy I would recommend him to anybody. It was my first time buying a home and he answered everything for me to small questions to big questions!

Chad is probably the most genuine person I think Ive ever met. He does what he says, and is very diligent, in Trying to understand my needs and wants. I could not recommend a better person than Chad if youre looking for a realtor! Give him a try he has a whole network of team members that can make anything happen from getting your house ready to sell to making sure everythingaEUR~s in place after its sold in your new home as well.

Chad is an exceptional man. He went over and beyond to help us with the purchase of our new home, and he continues to help us with our move from California to Cincinnati. He made this move so smooth. When we needed him he was there and still is, we told him what we were looking for and he went right to work. He showed us exactly what we asked for, Chad is a hard worker and very trustworthy. I highly recommend Chad 1000% with confidence. We met him for the first time as a REALTOR, and now we call him a friend for life. I know my husband and I can count on him. Again without hesitation he is the man to trust. Thank you Chad!

Three cheers for Chad! Weve bought a couple homes prior to meeting Chad for the sale of one of them. Chad did so many extra things that I know arent a requirement or common favor for realtors. His communication skills are on point! He is so personable but also so professional and to the point. He knows his stuff! I'm so happy we went with Chad and will ALWAYS use and refer him in future sales.

Chad is an amazing Realitor! This man is very knowledgeable about the signs to look out for when buying a home, will tell you weather its worth going in on a property or not. The team he works with makes the process really easy and will fight for you to get what you want.
