I chose Karen after watching a video she had done explaining key steps and things to consider when selling a house and after speaking with her via FaceTime. She was clear, straightforward and very knowledgeable. It was obvious she was honest and trustworthy (not always the case with realtors), which turned out to be exactly the case. Her advice and knowledge of the market were invaluable, and I followed her lead in terms of pricing and preparing the house for sale. As I had bought and was living in another property in another town, Karen took charge, superbly managing contractors, stagers, gardeners, etc., to get the house ready for sale. Her marketing skills really shone. Her Open Houses were well attended and there was a lot of interest in the property. Once on the market, the house was in contract within 14 days. We had multiple offers over asking at a time when there were some uncertainties in the market. It was a pleasure working with Karen, and I appreciate deeply her expertise, her ability to stay on top of things and follow through and her guidance throughout the selling process.
