Keller Williams San Diego Metro

When a close friend introduced us to Mike, we knew we were in good hands, but he still managed to exceed every expectation. Selling a home while simultaneously being in escrow on a new purchase is an incredibly stressful juggling act, but Mike made the entire process seamless. He is incredibly organized and strategic, keeping us a step ahead at every turn so nothing ever fell through the cracks. Beyond his professional expertise, Mike is genuinely warm and personable. He is so easy to work with and truly understood our situation. No matter the time of day, he was always available to answer questions, calm our nerves, and guide us through decisions. Thanks to his hard work and market strategy, he got our house sold promptly, taking a massive weight off our shoulders while we managed our purchase. We trusted him completely, and we loved working with him so much that we are already partnering with him again for our next move. If you need a top-tier real estate agent, Mike is your guy!

The best home selling and home buying experience! Vinnie and his team were so great at explaining every step of the process and making us feel comfortable and sure in our decisions. We never felt rushed or pressured, and we knew Vinnie always had our best interests at heart. Vinnie was so prompt in communicating with us and was only ever a quick text or phone call away. We love this team and would work with them again!!

Vinnie was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process of selling our home. He consistently went above and beyond, and his dedication truly showed when an unexpected issue came up just two days before closing. Vinnie jumped in immediately, handled everything with professionalism, and made sure we were still able to close on time. His communication, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. My wife and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had him as our agent. A 10 doesnt begin to describe the level of service he provided.

Operation: Dream Home - Barboza Edition What started as buying a house became a mission. As a military family, resilience is second nature, but this home meant something deeper--a place where my mom, as she battles cancer, can sit by the pool and watch her grandkids laugh together. Mike guided us every step with patience, honesty, and genuine care. This wasn't just a real estate transaction--it was a team coming together to make our dream possible. Because of them, we now have a home filled with hope, healing, and memories waiting to be made. Thank you, Mike and everyone involved. We are forever grateful. Operation: Dream Home -- accomplished.
