Curt was an awesome help! It amazed me how many loopholes there are that will make a deal fall apart at any moment's notice. Curt was right there to explain everything and how to deal with everything so that I was able to buy my house. I love my new home and have Curt to thank for it.

Curt is knowledgeable, hard working and attentive. He is delightful to work with and a real honest person. You are in good hands with Curt Simmons! He helped us find the perfect home and we love our community.

If I were to buy again I would go straight to Curt! This was a painless prosess for me being a first time home buyer. He had answers to all of my questions and everything went smooth. We are now enjoying our beautiful new home thanks to Curt!

Curt is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in all aspects of real estate. We have utilizied his skills since 2006 and will continue to do so.
