Ken assisted me with many aspects of preparing my home for sale. I have bought and sold dozens of homes over the years; each has its own challenges. This sale was no different and Ken really stepped up and found the right combination of minor improvements and potential buyers to get this deal done. The negotiation and sale aspect were smooth as Ken had a realistic valuation of the home going in as he had done all of the necessary research. I would recommend Ken as an agent for anyone interested in selling or buying as he was very professional and easy to work with. Most importantly he was very responsive and was available, one of the most critical parts of a real estate agents job. 5 stars and would do business with again.

Horrible. Wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. This agent possessed very little knowledge of the actual properties in the local area and gave an attitude when we asked her questions that we didn't understand.
