I'm a first time home buyer. When I made the call to the Venturi group, Chase was there. He answered all my questions, had patience on what I didn't fully understand. I work overnights, Chase was flexible to work with my schedule. Chase worked with our home search for about 6 months and viewed about 40 houses. Chase was quickly responsive to all the text and calls. He was great at communicating the details and options available. Chase helped me save on my interest rates with Keller Mortgage and was good at pointing out other details I would have missed. It was out of Chases control when the house we closed on leaked and damaged the MB room and garage. Something that happened at the 11th hour. Chase helped us get an amendment set up for those repairs. It was a pleasure working with Chase and and the Venturi group.
