Keller Williams Realty

What an incredible team! They sold my home in just 14 daysaEUR"at a time when most properties in my area were sitting on the market for an average of four months. Craig Kellner and Yuri Hoggard handled every single aspect of the listing and sale, seamlessly taking care of all the heavy lifting. Their property description, virtual staging, photos, and videos were top-tier. They even held the first open house within 10 days of listing. Yuri was exceptionally responsive, answering every question and call without delay. What I expected to be a stressful, time-consuming process turned out to be quick and effortless. To top it off, Craig and the title team came directly to my home for closing as part of their complimentary service. I rarely write endorsements, but I highly recommend Craig and Yuri to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

We had a great experience working with Craig during the sale of our home. From the beginning, he was professional, hardworking, responsive, and committed to helping us get the best possible exposure for our property. Craig put a tremendous amount of effort into marketing our home and worked diligently throughout the entire process to help get it sold. We truly appreciated his follow-ups, dedication, and willingness to stay engaged and keep things moving forward. It is easy to see why Craig is such a valuable part of the Toni Baroni team. His professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to his clients really stand out. We are very grateful for everything he did for us and would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and hardworking realtor to help sell their home.

10/10 experience with Craig from Tony Baroni team! We worked alongside him and another member of his team Yuri, and had an amazing experience throughout the home selling process. The team made sure our house was as visible as possible online and used so many data driven tools to help get the property in the eyes of prospective buyers. Its a tough market right now, so we really appreciated how much effort they put into getting the property sold and closed as quickly as possible. Would absolutely recommend!! Thank you so much!

Moving from Broward County to Citrus County was a HUGE decision for my husband and me. I had lived in Broward County my entire life, and the thought of leaving everything familiar and starting over honestly gave me anxiety. Then we met Heidi Fenton and Kate Conroy with the Tony Baroni Team at Keller Williams Suburban Tampa, and from that point on, everything changed. They didnt just become our Realtors, they became our friends. Their communication was unbelievable. They were always available to answer my MANY questions, helped us find homes that truly matched our taste and budget, and completely understood our concerns throughout the entire process. Not once did they ever make me feel like I was bothering them, and trust me, I ask A LOT of questions! I have worked with many real estate agents over the years buying and selling homes, and I can confidently say that we have now found our Realtors for life, and the two women I will recommend to every friend and family member. Heidi and Kate are professional, knowledgeable, patient, kindhearted and, most importantly, they genuinely CARE about the people they represent. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, these two are truly exceptional. If you are buying or selling and want Realtors who care more about you and finding the right home than simply earning a commission, call Heidi Fenton and Kate Conroy with the Tony Baroni Team at Keller Williams Suburban Tampa. We started this journey looking for a new home and ended it with a home we love and two wonderful new friends. Five stars simply arent enough!

Craig and Yuri were great to work with! While the market itself was challenging, they were fantastic partners throughout the process. They provided support, guidance, and expertise every step of the way and helped me sell my home quickly and as painlessly as possible. I truly appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness. Highly recommend reaching out to Craig for all your real estate needs!
