Clint was exceptional. He was our third try with finding a realtor and felt like a good fit right away, like we found someone who had our back. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of whenever we needed him. He really made us feel like a priority! We were also first-time home buyers and he was super patient with us and our many questions. We were also a bit on the picky side but never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process as a whole, multiple neighborhoods and always happily answered any questions. He drove through multiple places North Mississippi and Tennessee to show us homes. We will be going to Clint and the Gowens for all our future real estate needs! (Note that we did in-fact close on a house with Clint, but Zillow is not currently recognizing the address as it was a new build).

We had an amazing experience working with Clint on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. He worked with us every step of the way, and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. He definitely works with the client to make sure they are informed and happy with the end product. He is up front about the realities, and will work hard to make the clients' wishes come true. Even though the process can be stressful, he took so much of that stress off our shoulders and we are so very grateful. If you are looking for a realtor, do not look any further! He is the best of the best!

Clint was fantastic! He was funny, friendly, responsive and eager to help us find our dream house! He was patient and knowledgeable. If he didn't know the answer to a question he would promptly get the answer! I highly recommend him! I dealt with another realtor prior to him and was not impressed, but didn't know any better cuz first time buyer. He really went above and beyond. We had seller issues come up the day before closing. He worked with us, and stayed on top of the issue and we were able to close a week later! ! I did work with his wife one time when he was unavailable and she was just as awesome.
