Let me be clear, as a first time homebuyer with a VERY limited budget in this INSANE Portland housing market, Heather was EVERYTHING I needed. Once we had a sense of what I was looking for, she was an incredible partner in this process. She held my hand through showings to let me know if things were good or bad, to know if the price was right or not, and handled my many demands with my tiny budget with aplomb. In fact, there was never a moment when I felt like Heather ignored or pushed me off for other clients--that was invaluable. When the listing came up for the place I did end up purchasing, I was out of town far away--Heather went out of her way to go check out the place, take live videos and lots of photos, and gave me her honest appraisal. Because I trust her SO MUCH, we put an offer on it right away, about a week before I would get to see it. It ended up being the exact thing I needed and her above-and-beyond, go getter attitude is what put me in my condo today. Its not an overstatement to say that Heather made our dreams come true in the midst of a pandemic, which makes her pretty special. My wife and I reached out to her after seeing an adorable home in Portland on zillow and she immediately jumped into supporting our home search with her knowledge of the local market and her guidance on the home buying process. Heather made the process seamless and was easily accessible to us, which was key since we were buying from out of state. She is especially knowledgeable about the process for first-time homebuyers, never making us feel silly about the questions we asked and guiding us through the whole process, explaining everything along the way.
