As a first-time homeowner I did not know anything about the homebuying process. My first-time meeting Pam she was extremely professional and taught me so much about the process. She did not get annoyed with all my questions, and I did not feel rushed. She was also worked with my very busy scheduled and toured houses after normal business hours. We looked at what seemed like hundreds of houses before finding "the one." The process to close was long and continued to be extended. There were a few people along the way that made this process very challenging and at times had me questioning if it was something I wanted to continue with. Pam was the one bright side and worked endlessly to make the process better. Especially being away from home it was nice to have her being there and take a spot as an acting "mom." It felt very much like she had my best interest at heart, and I do not believe I would be living in my beautiful home today if it wasn't for her.

She was also incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, which was especially important given the difficult seller's realtor we were dealing with, who sent nasty, unprofessional emails and texts which did not phase her, and she handled in a calm, professional way. Pam handled all communication with grace and professionalism, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Overall, I would highly recommend Pam to anyone looking for a realtor. She made the process of buying our first home a breeze, and we are so grateful for her expertise and guidance.
