shout out to tonja and her team they sold my norco home in couple of weeks, we did not think it would come together, we were on septic tank and had to install sewer per norco code, since out home is over 500 ft from the street sewer the cost was more than we could cover, tonja put together a team to get it done, she got DAN from DKPIPELINE and his team to do the sewer install thru escrow so dan trusted tonia to get the job done, and it all worked out for everyone. we did not expect it to hit us hard letting go of our home for 28 years but tonja kept us on track and helped with the emotion part of letting go

We had quite the journey selling our home, and I truly dont think we would have gotten to the finish line without Tonja. We first listed our house in April 2025 with a different agent, and that escrow fell through. Then we tried again in November 2025 with another agentaEUR| and unfortunately, that fell out of escrow as well.
