Keller Williams Realty, Real Estate by Design Group

Niki came into our lives during a crisis. She was laser focused and knew precisely what steps to take. She got us into the best house we could have ever hoped for, 1 day to spare. I've worked with multiple good realtors but none of them could have pulled off the challenging situation Niki did. We've been in the house now 6 months- and it's been the best 6 months in 7 years. Make no mistake, she's an licensed angel who changes peoples lives through her real estate practice. Thank you Niki James & Caitlin.

Nikki went above and beyond every step of the way! We were selling from a different state and she was so attentive and helpful its beyond words! Professional, knowledgeable, and very obviously wanted to see the house sell as much as we did! She was able to guide us to local professionals who were equally as wonderful as she was, from lawn service to roof repair, and anything in between that we needed! Thank you, Nikki!!

Niki is amazing! She is steadfast in her support, friendly, knowledgeable, and your number one fan! She is quick to help troubleshoot any thing that may pop up along the way and is dependable and professional. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for everything she did to support our recent sell and new buy.

We had an amazing experience working with Niki to lease our first home in Denton! As first time renters, we weren't sure what to expect, but Niki made the entire process so easy and stress free. She was always friendly, patient, and quick to answer all of our questions, making us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Niki was incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. Her knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude made such a difference, and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. Were so grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend Niki to anyone looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond!

Niki was excellent from beginning to end. Her communication and organization through the whole process made a lot of our thinking easy. She was always thinking of the next step or question we might have and was super proactive in looking into and guiding us through. She made our first time home buyer experience feel like a friend walking alongside us and had our back the whole time. She was extremely patient while we figured out what we needed and wanted in our first home. Never making us feel rushed to make a decision. Niki was a great through and through.
