I would recommend Dawn Cox to anyone looking for a home in Southern Maryland and the other areas she represents north of Southern Maryland. We had 20 potential buyers look at our home which sold in 6 weeks! She was tactfully honest with my husband and I about the price we could sell our home for and the work we needed to do for our home to show well. Her experienced professional advice was hard to swallow but sold the house quickly. Once we completed the work she suggested, our house was on the market. Dawn did a great job. When we had an issue with certain lender or homes she had answers and helped us on every step. When we needed to change lenders she was a step ahead and helped us get everything rolling and had answers when we needed them. Overall great experience
