Keller Williams Realty Property Team

I had the pleasure of working alongside Nino Pascolati in a recent transaction. Nino represented the seller and I represented the buyers. Nino is professional, fair and very commutative. We had a very smooth transaction. Its always a treat to work with a collaborative Realtor! I look forward to working with Nino again in the future!

We met Nino Pascolati about a year ago by referral from a 1031 Exchange company in Southern CA. He was one of three top brokers recommended to us, as we were selling a rental property in El Centro, and planning to purchase a duplex in the Modesto area with the proceeds. After interviewing Nino and the other two top brokers recommended to us, we chose Nino. He was helpful on multiple levels. First, he showed us where to find cash-flowing rental properties, and he even had a few in his own portfolio to show us. We successfully completed the 1031 Exchange into a Modesto duplex that was found by Nino. That transaction went so smoothly, that we decided to buy another property thru him shortly after, almost at the same time. We are very happy in our rural ranchette home, which was tenant occupied during the purchase. Nino handled all of the details for us, and even the Estate Sale for the previous owner. My wife and I recommend Nino for home sales and purchase, as well as, income property management. His team at www.MatrixPropertyRentals.com manages all three if our income properties, and we could not be happier.Thank you,James and Ann Lindly

Straight forward, honest and knowledgeable, Nino was instrumental when my family was looking to buy a home while keeping as many of our kids in the same schools. He took me out one Friday with a list of 8 homes that fit the bill, and we looked at every house and he pointed out the good and bad of each one. My wife and I decided on one of the houses and Nino put the wheels in motion. He was excellent about communication, and in six weeks we were in our new home. Eight years later we are still there and love our home!I recommend Nino very strongly as a real estate broker!
