I first met Alicia a few years ago when she represented the buyer who purchased my townhome. I was impressed, so when it came time to sell my Harbor Beach condo, she was my first call. Because it was a relatively small sale, I honestly didnt expect the level of service I received. Alicia worked much harder than I expected, and it showed in every part of the process. She had the condo professionally photographed, included a virtual tour, marketed it all over social media, and held several open houses. Ive sold multimillion-dollar homes that only had one open house, so that really stood out to me. Another thing I appreciated was the communication. Alicia answers her phone. If she couldnt, shed send me a quick text to let me know when shed be available. That doesnt happen very often anymore. Just as impressive was the team she put together. Everyone was responsive, communication was clear, and I was copied on everything I needed to see. Whether it was scheduling, paperwork, the attorney, or the title company, everything worked together seamlessly. I was never scrambling for documents or wondering what I needed to do next, and that made the entire sale remarkably stress-free. Ive bought and sold real estate for more than 40 years, and this was easily the most stress-free sale Ive ever been through. I highly recommend Alicia. She works hard, communicates well, surrounds herself with great people, and genuinely cares about her clients. Thanks, AliciaaEUR"you were amazing!
