Donna wanted us to sign a buyers agreement in order for her to show us a property. When we said we did not have to do that since we were dealing with the listing agent (her), she still pushed back to say its the law so we canceled the showing which she replied perfect and hung up. 5 mins later after calling her broker, she called us back and said she would show us the property. During the showing she would not answer any questions. Are you kidding? Its your listing !!!When my husband asked the sq ft of home she responded like she knew a big secret and would not share since we didnt sign the agreement, but we are CASH buyers !I knew sq ft and told my husband myself. We might of put a cash offer in today! You lost a deal before you started the showing. You need to learn about sales and how to take a breath and understand the real estate laws before bullying a buyer.
