Keller Williams Realty of the Treasure Coast and Palm City

Paul helped us to find a new townhome in Stuart Florida. He was familiar with the area , the local home builders and the market. He guided us to find the perfect spot for our needs. He is friendly and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend using Paul for any of your real estate needs.

Paul was great to work with, he was very responsive to any of our questions and concerns. If he didnt immediately know the answer, he made sure he found out as soon as he could he made the process of buying a house easy.

Paul Birmingham helped our family to sell our mother's condominium! He suggested ways to prepare for showings and worked patiently with our mother who has advanced hearing and vision loss. He worked diligently to communicate with her, her two sons and daughter-in-law in a fine way throughout the entire process. He was punctual, prepared and always willing to answer questions. We also appreciated his very friendly and positive personality. It was a pleasure to work with Paul!

Paul did an amazing job contacting building agent and also project manager when an issue came up or to voice concerns. Paul is professional and an excellent communicator. I felt extremely at ease knowing I had someone who cared as much as I did on a successful outcome on this new build project.

Dealing with Paul on multiple deals was a pleasure. He was honest and reliable, a total pleasure. I would highly recommend him if your looking for a property in the Treasure Coast area.
