Keller Williams Realty of Port Saint Lucie

It has been both a blessing and absolute pleasure to have Sandra Terpening as our realtor! She is an amazing woman who did it all for us, from start to finish! She is extremely knowledgeable about todays housing market, honest, professional and a great communicator. She was on top of things right from the beginning and guided us through the entire process, all with the patients of a saint! She did an incredible job with our house listing and the overwhelming response it received, and its selling so quickly as a testament to that! We could never thank her enough for everything she has done for us along the way, as well as the all the time she spent helping us out! We not only sold our home, but we also are very fortunate and grateful to have gained the friendship of such a wonderful, kind, caring and thoughtful person in the process! On behalf of both of us, thank you for being our realtor as well as our newfound friend!

We had a great experience working with Sandra. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the home-buying process. She listened to what we were looking for, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. We really appreciated her dedication and would definitely recommend Sandra to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

Sandra was wonderful to work with. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. My mom worked closely with Sandra while I coordinated everything from overseas. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions despite the 13-hour time difference. We especially appreciated that she gave us her honest opinion and professional recommendations, which helped us make confident decisions. She worked hard to find the right tenants for our family home, and were truly grateful for her dedication and care. We highly recommend Sandra to anyone looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, professional, and genuinely invested in her clients.
