Keller Williams Realty New Buffalo

James Garrison is definitely the best realtor I have ever worked with! He showed me properties that were exactly what I was looking for. He was always available to answer my texts, show me properties, and make inquiries with sellers. He respected my price range limits. He brought on board local contractors, inspectors, and engineers to evaluate properties as I needed them. No drama with negotiations! He was very realistic and grounded, and his communications were timely. He is a wonderful person to know and work with! He has my business, and my referrals, from now on.

Very responsive and proactive in selling my vacant land, which had been on the market for a few years. I would highly recommend both James and Katie and they kept me up to date and guided me through the entire process.

From day one to the last day which bye the way took less than a month which is unbelievable! I don't think it could have been any easier they handled everything, and walked me through everything! I can't imagine what I would have gone through without them! And if I ever have to go through selling property again they are the only one I'll call, thank you so much and top notch is not a good enough statement but you guys rock!!!!

There are no words that can express how grateful l am for the over-the-top experience and consideration l received from James Garrison. Being a widow and after living in our home for almost 50 years, l found myself in the position of having to make challenging decisions. James could not have been more helpful or understanding from our very first visit to the final closing. James went out of his way to explain every phase of the selling process and make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend James to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

We just sold our vacant lot on 9/25/2020 in Lakeside, MI. James & his team were very professional, guiding us every step of the way. We highly recommend his services!! Eva & Victor Nowakowski
