Excellent service, Gary went way beyond any expectations I would have had with him representing multiples of parties in the transaction. He put the whole deal together like a true professional. Sellers in several States and a buyer in a country on the opposite side of the planet and he pulled it off superbly. There were tough conditions that required the property to be cleaned up in the worse of weather and he got it done.
