My wife and I were just beginning the process of looking for a lake house when we contacted Sandy. Our first conversation was us trying to figure out what we wanted and the price range we could afford. On top of that, we had only purchased houses in the State of South Carolina and we decided we wanted to own a lake house just over the line in Georgia. This added another layer of obstacles for us to deal with. From day 1, Sandy was very patient in helping us narrow in on what we wanted, the price range, and helping us get financing. She spent a lot of time with us looking at houses and narrowing our choices. she gave great advice about different areas on the lake and obviously was very knowledgeable with the different areas.
