I have known Allen for 10+ years when I first moved to Nashville. Plain and simple, he knows what he is doing when it comes to real estate and more importantly, how people work!I am told frequently I am a 'tough customer' and have 11 years experience in sales and large contract negotiation, and I give Allen my fullest recommendation after buying two houses and selling one through him. Throughout those transactions, my Wife and I had multiple "false starts" where we considered selling our historic home in East Nashville, looked at 10+ houses all over Williamson County three of four different times, and didn't end up doing anything.
