Keller Williams Realty Montecito/Santa Barbara

Jedd and his team took care of us from start to finish. The buying process can be full of complexities, but Jedd made it simple, personal, and fun for our family. He also saved us time, money, and effort by investing much of his own into our experience. Above and beyond.

I rarely write reviews, but Kendrick deserves one. In preparing to sell the family home we interviewed several realtors. They all seemed competent, but Kendrick answered our questions sensibly and thoroughly, advised us in important ways to make our property more attractive, and proposed a complete plan to prepare the property for sale. He then did everything he said that he was going to do, including proactively assisting with contractors and staging, and was highly responsive throughout the process. The people working with him were all professional and fast. His approach to marketing our property was right on point and within 1 week of listing we had multiple offers resulting in a sale well over our asking price. Well done, Kendrick! I would highly recommend Kendrick and his team to others.

Kendrick Guehr is a top-notch real estate professional. He was the listing agent for my Santa Barbara home, which I had owned for 20 years. When I decided to sell, I interviewed Kendrick along with several other agents and was immediately impressed by his professional presentation, his knowledge of the market, and his ability to identify the upgrades that would best prepare my home for sale. During the six-month process of getting my home ready, Kendrick coordinated and oversaw construction and design details while communicating with me in a timely and professional manner throughout. He returned calls and texts within minutes. He truly goes far beyond being aEURoejust a realtor.aEUR? By the time my home went on the market, I was so happy and proud of how it looked. I simply could not have done it without Kendrick. He also handled multiple offers skillfully and kept me well informed throughout the negotiation process. I highly recommend Kendrick to anyone looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate professional.

If youre buying your first home, need a mortgage, and still want to stay competitive in the incredibly tight Santa Barbara/Goleta housing market, look no further than Kendrick. Kendrick is exceptionally responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable about the local market. Hes also very well connected with other agents, which proved to be a huge advantage throughout our home search. Finding a home in the $1aEUR"1.3 million price range is highly competitive, but Kendrick helped us secure a beautiful home without spending months searching. His relationships, market knowledge, and offer strategy were instrumental in putting together a competitive offer that was accepted within a day of the home hitting the market. What we appreciated most was that he always had our best interests in mind. If he noticed issues with a property, he pointed them out. If he felt a home was overpriced, he told us honestly instead of encouraging us to overpay. At no point did we feel pressured to make an offer. We always felt he was helping us make the right decision. Working together with our mortgage advisor, Kendrick helped us navigate the entire process seamlessly. From our accepted offer to closing, we completed everything in less than 20 days. We highly recommend Kendrick to anyone looking to buy a home in the Santa Barbara or Goleta area.
