Keller Williams Realty Merrimack Valley

This is going to be long but Shalmai is very much worth it. We had an incredible experience working with Shalmai throughout our home buying journey. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, proactive, and truly dedicated to helping our family find the right home. To begin, we went into this process unsure whether we wanted to buy in MA or NH. Being licensed in both states, Shalmai was able to answer state specific questions and understood the process for both states. She was patient, informative, and supportive as we navigated that decision. She took the time to understand what mattered most to us and helped guide us through every step without ever making us feel pressured. As VA loan buyers, having a realtor who was knowledgeable about the VA loan process made a huge difference. Her experience and understanding helped us feel confident and informed throughout the process, and she was always ready with answers, guidance, and proactive communication. Our timeline was also very important, as we were trying to move out of our apartment before our lease ended, and she genuinely understood the urgency and worked hard to help keep everything moving smoothly and on track. Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially for the first time, but Shalmai made the experience feel manageable and supported from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work, professionalism, and care, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A huge thank you for helping our family reach such an exciting milestone, and so quickly at that! We are forever grateful.

Shalmai was absolutely incredible to work with. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always made us feel supported throughout the process. Anytime she didnt know an answer right away, she quickly followed up with the listing agent to get answers for us and kept us informed. She was so easy to work with and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Youre truly in good hands with her. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor!

We were lucky enough to have shalmai in our corner during our home buying experience. I'm sure like most experiences, nothing was easy, there were hurdles and things that set us back. Never once did Shalmai hassle or force our hand with anything. It was on our time when we were ready but she was always there when we needed her. Rather it was multiple showings in a day, changing our minds on what we wanted or where we wanted to be, or even just some guidance on what we should do. Very honest and always helpful. Does her job with a smile on her face and communication was always on point and clear! 10/10 recommend.

Shalmai did an outstanding job throughout the entire home-buying process! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made everything smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer questions and guided me every step of the way. Truly a great realtor!
