5 Stars is not nearly enough to encompass how amazing Marie was! From our first viewing to the closing table she was there to guide, assist, rally, and talk us through every step of the process. She has gone above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Our home buying process was complicated to say the least, but having her on our side made the whole thing much easier to navigate. She was professional, honest, and had amazing knowledge of not just real estate, but local services and people as well! There is no one I would recommend more!

Kathy went far above and beyond what any realtor could ever be expected to do! This Air BnB sale involved the buyer moving to a different state, so serious changes in addresses had to be dealt with. There were price negotiations, due to appraisals and furnishings, there were numerous delays because of the buyer's need for property management.
