Shaylse is literally the best real estate agent ever encountered in my life! Even before my partner and I moved to Long Beach back in 2018, I stumbled upon Shannon Jones' instagram whom seemed to be the most reputable real estate firm in Long Beach. We gave an initial call once we were ready and was luckily paired with Shalyse whom we hit it off from the start! She was never pushy and was extremely accommodating always there whenever any questions came up and ready to help. My partner and I ideally wanted to stay near the retro row area, however at the time in the middle of the pandemic with the housing shortage, there really weren't many options except for out in more of the suburbs of Long Beach. We weren't fully sold but kept open minds, Shaylse gave us a grand tour of Long Beach and we got to explore all neighborhoods to give us context around the real estate market here in all of Long Beach. Boy, are we glad for her angelic patience with us as we explored from the west side over to the el dorado park area! Recently, a lovely house came up in the area that we originally wanted and with her smooth expertise, we landed our offer and we now live in the house!! Without Shalyse, the process would not have been so seamless -- she was there every step of the way and made sure we were 100% comfortable with anything that came up and made sure all parties were on the same page. She ran the show across both sides and even yielded us with extra asset perks/values! It still feels so surreal as we really are in the area of our dreams and the house is perfect for us to put down our roots and grow our family, but none of this would have happened without Shaylse. Having dealt with many agents in the past, Shaylse by far outperforms and outshines anyone else in the space. She went above and beyond and even scheduled our termite tent procedure and roofing work -- she was/is always available for our small and elementary questions without judgement haha. The entire experience just felt so wholesome and lovely despite the natural stresses of looking for a home due to her expertise and above and beyond attitude. At this point, we consider her a good friend and can't wait to treat and celebrate her for all of her hard work from this past year! Happy to be neighbors, lady!!

Our first meeting was via zoom and she had a whole presentation for me. She was super patient with my questions and explained everything in detail from beginning to end. She drove hours to show me some places and sometimes I wasn't even present, but we would do FaceTime walk-throughs. She did so much work trying to find the right place for me and put in 6 offers before the 7th offer got accepted! The home I purchased I only saw on FaceTime, but I trusted Shalyse and because the market was moving so quickly, we put in an offer right away for asking price. I thought it was a long shot because everything was going for 10s of thousands over asking, but Shalyse worked her magic and my offer was accepted!! AND she was on vacation while this was happening! Shalyse Kendrick is an amazing real estate agent! She helped me buy my first home. She is super personable, knowledgable, helpful, patient, and diligent.
