Keller Williams Realty Lancaster

A series of circumstances led our family to make a split-second decision to relocate from overseas to a dream house beyond our wildest dreams in New York with exceptional support from David and his team of ROCKSTARS including his recommended lawyer, mortgage lender, home inspector and project manager! David came highly recommended as someone who is a fierce advocate for his clients and one who diligently strives to make the process as stress-free as possible! David lived up to and EXCEEDED all of our expectations. Although we were hundreds of miles away, it seemed as if David was right alongside us navigating the home-buying process every step of the way. What we admire most about David is his uncanny emotional IQ! For example, if ever there was a discussion with parties during a phone/video conversation or even a tour of ones house, hed immediately follow-up in private for what wed call a aEURoepulse checkaEUR?! David was spot on when he picked up our uneasiness about something and even if we had a problem with the terrain of buying/selling properties in New York, he guided us through with the utmost professionalism! Truly, without his ability to broker negotiations and we are convinced that we would not be living in our dream home today! My family and I are happy to serve as a reference at anytime because David (and his team) is worth every investment!

Hi Dave, Sandy and I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for everything you did to sell our home. Selling a home is a big step, especially with all the changes that come with it, and having you there to guide us through the process made everything so much easier. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and personal attention you gave us. You went above and beyond, and we couldnt be happier with how everything worked out. It was a pleasure working with you, and were very grateful for everything you did for us. We wish you continued success and will certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a great realtor. With sincere thanks, Rick and Sandy DeFazio

David did a great job helping us navigate the home selling and buying process. He was more than willing to look at any house or lot that we were interested in. He was Alia always fast to respond to any questions that we had text or call.

David thoroughly helped me through buying my house, offering his knowledge in the best possible way and helping me to make the right decisions when looking for houses. When we found the one, his expertise showed once again when he helped me get the house of my dreams after our offer was made! I couldnt recommend him enough. Him and his team are excellent, understanding, and helpful!

David was excellent to work with! He negotiated the sale of my commercial property and kept me informed throughout the process! He recommended a fantastic real estate attorney to prepare all the paperwork for the sale and I was happy with him as well.
