My wife and I tried selling our home 2021 but we were not ready for sale. Some needed repairs and cleaning up were necessary plus RE taxes were messed up and we took the house off the market. We fought the tax situation and came out with good news, thanks to everyone that helped and we did the work necessary to present the house. Kristin was incredible to work with. She knows the area extremely well and is well connected in the real estate world and is able to give you quick, factual knowledge. As far as the behind the scenes process of both buying and selling with contracts, offers, etc, she makes the process incredibly smooth and makes sure that nothing is missed.
