Keller Williams Realty

Gretchen went above and beyond in helping us purchase our first home. The price was negotiated down into our budget range and we even got a seller's concession after the inspection process. We follow Dave Ramsey's financial principles and it was wonderful to have Gretchen in our corner. There's so may other opinions and pressures in the housing market right now and it was great to have Gretchen keep us focused on what we wanted and valued. We've begun our home ownership journey with absolute peace of mind and I'm so thankful for her help to get us there.

Amber was amazing with the sale of our house. She took our worries into consideration and made it seamless! I will be going back to her for our next purchase.

Amber Honeycutt's reputation is what originally caught my eye and I wasn't disappointed. I was really impressed by her knowledge of the housing market and how she relied on her experience to position us competitively. She put us on a great price, based on comps and our home sold really fast! Her market knowledge is exceptional and she set realistic expectations for when the house would sell and for how much!!!! If you want experience in your corner and a strong negotiator down the stretch, then she's the agent you need to call.

Amber was great to work with and went above and beyond throughout our entire process. We were selling and buying at the same time and she helped make this process run smoothly on all sides. She is not afraid to negotiate and does it well. Excellent experience!
