Excellent person to work with! Me and my wife are first time home buyers with all the doubts, concerns and fears that come with it. On a very professional manner Jose guided us throughout the process (A-Z). From the day we meet we knew he was the best person to represent us on getting a house. He is not only professional but also very patient, diligent and most surprisingly this guy is like a good old friend that happens to be a good realtor.Jose brought to our plans options. The banking language is meant to confuse people (in most part), quickly he pointed out the key points and explained the effect they could have in the future. Through him we found a financial institution that also gave us very good service and rates. With our buying process taking a little more than average (because of some vacationing that got in between), we always heard from Jose reminding us steps, dates or just to say hi. All my concerns were always answered on a timely matter. At one point he even offered to buy us a refrigerator and I could pay him later, who does this?!!!I We definitely recommend Jose to any buyer any time, for his realtor skills and more for his humble and honest way of working.
