Its too bad for Scott there are are only five-star ratings because I would have given him a 10-star review. Thats how impressive he is in every aspect of real estate. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He has helped me in selling my old house and in buying my new one. There are a lot of positive things I could write about Scott and not a single bad thing. I dont know how he did it but he was able to get me approximately $50,000 more than I expected in selling my old house. Yes, fifty thousand dollars. There is no typo here. In helping me buy my new house he was able to negotiate the perfect deal while competing with six other potential buyers. He is simply amazing at what he does. The sale of the old house and purchase of the new house is complete, yet he continues helping me by answering more of my questions and dealing with more of my requests. To sum it up, there is no other agent I would want to deal with. If youre selling or buying, you will want Scott by your side. He will outperform any other agent in the business. I guarantee it.

If youre in need of a realtor, look no further than Kara Chen and her team! I promise you will not be disappointed. Karas an award winning realtor with honestly too many awards to list! Simply put, you wont find a team that will work harder for you this team! A little back story... we had talked to another realtor before I talked to Kara. This particular realtor insisted we needed to spend money on cosmetic upgrades before we could even list our home (brass to brushed nickel light fixtures and outlet covers) and even professional window cleaning. She then also told us we wouldnt be able to get back what we paid for our first home. This completely contradicted any reasoning of paying hundreds for cosmetic upgrades.Kara came along and within four hours after listing, our buyer was found and we had competing offers the following day. Thousands higher than the previous realtor had suggested as starting price. Jump to now, between phone calls, emails and texts, up to and past midnight at times, communication was key with closing on our dream home in just twenty seven days. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kara. Once we reached out to her, she immediately got in touch with us and got us all setup with her listing system so we could rank houses we were interested in. Since we were moving from NC to PA we knew it would tough for us to come up for showings and Kara was very accommodating to us. There was one house in particular we were interested in that had just dropped it's price significantly but we couldn't make it up for at least a week to see it so Kara arranged a video walkthrough with us. Even though that house ended up not meeting our needs, it also gave Kara a chance to hear what our thoughts were so that when we came up the following weekend to see a handful of houses she had a much better understanding of what we were looking for. We were lucky enough to find the perfect place on that visit and she expertly guided us through the process of putting in an offer and handling all the negotiations for us. When our mortgage lender started dropping the ball, she had a great referral for us that ended up being the perfect fit and it was a smooth sailing process from putting in our offer to closing. Even when we ran into some issues on the day of closing (a major miscommunication between the Seller's Agent and the Sellers) she handled it with grace and confidence. I would HIGHLY recommend Kara to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Hersey area.
