ZillowVERIFIED Wendy helped me sell my elderly mother's home, remotely! She provided help with every aspect of the process including excellent communication about each phase. Since I needed to clean out the home, Wendy suggested sources for furniture resale, electrical work, and trash removal. In each case, the professionals she recommended were reliable and solid partners in the process. She met with me at my convenience, at my mother's home, to discuss valuation and staging. She subsequently met with several of my sisters from out of the region when they were in to help clean. She pre-marketed the home through other members of her real estate group, and that brought a buyer on the day it was listed. Wendy helped us through several negotiations, with the result that we cleared more than we could have hoped, in less time!
