Keller Williams Realty

My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Mercedes; it was nice finding someone who we were comfortable to work with. She was very diligent in understanding what my husband and I were looking for in a home. Mercedes is also very efficient in getting times to tour the homes and was very knowledgeable about each home we viewed. She was always available when we had any questions or concerns about a home or other information we needed. She was very straightforward, honest, and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. We truly thank her and appreciate her for everything she has done for us. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor!Thank you so much Mercedes!- The Kahmanns

We were able to list and sell my mom's house with the help of Mercedes and Arnold even though we did not live in the area. They took care of coordinating inspections and repairs. We were able to close the deal without having to travel to Hanford.

As a first time homebuyer the journey can be quite difficult, challenging, and confusing all at once. With the help of my amazing realtor Jessica E Borges I was able to finally purchase my sweet home! I was provided with a lot of support and resources. With the help of Team Avila I am confident in the fact that your home purchasing process will be facilitated. It is definitely not easy, but they have demonstrated care, support, and passion!

While planing a wedding & house hunting at the SAME time. Mercedes & her team made the whole process SUPER easy, stress free, & most important ENJOYABLE. She listened to what we were looking for, she didnt pressure us at all. I could go on & on, but to end it on a sweet note, Mercedes & her team are simply great. Knowledgeable, respectful, & kind! We look forward to purchasing future homes with The Avila Team!
