Keller Williams Realty Group

We basically left our home in the care Brian and team when we had to move out of state on a short notice. He has been out go-to person when buying our home as new homeowners, selling it after 8 years and for all the real estate related guidance in between. What we appreciate most is his ability to listen attentively, weighing options without rushing and getting back with the best possible solution. We were never offered a sales pitch or a cookie-cutter response, only genuine help aligned to our situation.

Scott was with us all the way. He was very responsive and listened to us. He was honest and up front with every step of the way, giving us keen insight that helped us make the tough decisions. We would certainly recommend Scott to our friends and relatives.

I reached out to Scott as an active investor looking for simple offer submission support in Fort Wayne. I was upfront about not using a buyers agent but offered to route future business and referrals in return for a light lift aEUR" something several other agents in the area have no issue doing. Unfortunately, Scott responded with a dismissive tone and showed no interest in understanding the strategy or building a longer-term relationship. If youre looking for a collaborative or investor-friendly agent, Id recommend exploring other options.

Scott was highly professional and very knowledgeable regarding the property we purchased. He returned emails and phone calls in a very timely manner and expressed great care and concern for our purchase to move smoothly. I would most assuredly with Scott again.

Scott did a wonderful job selling our home for the price we were hoping to get. He was very patient showing us a variety of properties. When we finally found the right one, he was able to negotiate a great price for us. Highly recommended!
