Keller Williams Realty Franklin/Nashville

There is a reason Naomi Bannister is repeatedly a top agent. She is AMAZING! When Naomi came to our initial meeting she had done a detailed market analysis and thoroughly explained how she calculated our homes value. She is extremely thorough during the listing process. Prior to the listing photos Naomi brought a professional stager to the house to advise us how to make the house as appealing as possible. The marketing was impeccable. Professional floor plans were created. Professional photos. And, a beautiful video. Her communication throughout the entire selling process was transparent and timely. She was very patient and reassuring as I had a lot of anxiety about selling. Within a month of listing our home with Naomi we had an offer and closed less than a month later. Words cant express how wonderful Naomi is to work with. We have bought and sold several homes and she is by far the best agent we have worked with.

We loved working with Naomi! She helped us with every aspect of listing our home and made our tight timeline work. We had fantastic communication during our entire home sale and were informed every step of the way. We were never guessing about next steps or where we were in the process. She had our home listed and sold within a month of our first phone call. We also used Naomi to purchase our new home and thanks to her advice and experience we were able to successfully purchase our next house despite multiple competing offers. Naomi is incredibly hardworking and a wonderful advocate for her clients. She is honest and clear. We couldn't recommend her more for buying or selling a home!

Naomi was representing us for third time; twice as buyers agent, and this last one as sellers agent. She is very professional and negotiated the sale of our home in one week. Naomi consistently demonstrated an outstanding effort from staging our home to settlement closing.

My family had the privilege of working with Naomi to sell a treasured family property. She honored our trepidations and our our excitement with grace. She was gentle in asking us to make a few changes to the house before it hit the market but encouraged us to stay within our budget. She was extremely professional, always available for questions and consultations, and treated our home as if it was the only one she had listed, although she was balancing numerous listings. The only thing we regret about selling the home in days is that our work with her is currently complete. Without reservation we recommend Naomi Bannister!

We were so blessed to get Naomi as our realtor. She answered many of our questions before we even asked. We were in town only for few days, but Naomi managed to organize good amount of showings. She was very helpful with closing and title company. Since we were out of town, Naomi did our last walkthrough with a video call. We really appreciate all the time she has invested with us. Thank you Naomi!!
