Wow! Where to even begin. Me and my husband Ethan are first time home buyers. We were so nervous to find a relator who genuinely cared about us and what we were putting our money into. we met Tim briefly at a open house and we never thought we'd see him again. We continued praying for a house opportunity within budget, all while we kept getting called by Tim bc we had placed our name on the open house form. Tim was persistent in the best way and we saw that as a sign that God was saying THIS IS WHO WILL SELL YOU YOUR HOME!! My husband got the urge to pickup one day and from there on out it's been smooth sailing! Tim was honest, kind, helpful, open, responsive and WAY more you could ever have asked for in a relator. Most importantly he Loved the lord and it was very evident in all he said and did. We hit it off with Tim right off the bat cracking jokes left and right all while trying to find the perfect house. He found us something within our budget and advocated strongly for us! Not only that but Tim was very humble thought the entire experience. You could tell his priorities were not about him getting paid but finding us a home , helpig us and praying that it's where God wanted us. Truly forever grateful for meeting Tim that one day at the open house because now we live in our forever home and definitely gained a friend in the process!

Absolutely wonderful!! Tim is patient, always answered my questions and texts no matter the day or time. He helped me get the house ready to sell with contractors and suggestions. He worked tirelessly, had open houses and because of him I had an offer in only 13 days! He is not only knowledgeable but so kind, respectful and just a wonderful person. Where can I start? These guys are awesome. When you decide to buy a home, you really don't know where to start. I submitted a couple of online likes of some homes, and Carson Heckman of Acree Brothers reached out to me after I submitted my second or third like. Very friendly and professional from the start. Within a few days, we met at the office. Everyone we came into contact with at the office was pleasant and very professional. As soon as we met Carson, he was on it. We had questions and he had answers. He helped us understand the process and guided us every step of the way. During the process, several people reached out to help us understand their role they would play in helping us to get into the home. During the process, there were no grey areas. Every step was smooth with limited stress. Carson made sure that he guided us to home ownership every step of the way. If I had to choose again, I would definitely choose the Acree brothers. If anyone I know is thinking about buying or selling a home, my advice to them would be to give this group of professionals a try.
